<p>PURPOSE:To integrate a decorative board made of a post-forming thermosetting resin to the inner surface of a right-angled substrate, by bending the board and simultaneously bonding to the substrate using a foamed plastic material as an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The inner corner 5 of a right-angled substrate 4 is provided with a filling member 3 having rectangular outer surfaces 2 and a concave inner surface 1 with a proper curvature. The concave surface is coated with a foamable plastic 2 which is not foamed or pre-foamed at a foaming ratio of 5-6. A decorative board 6 made of a post-forming thermosetting resin is placed opposite to the foamable plastic layer 2, and bent toward the layer by pressing with a heater 7. The foamable plastic is foamed by the heat of the heater, and integrates the decorative board 6 and the filling member 3.</p> |
