Transfer element for the operating element has a hinge connection and an extension arm in a curved guideway on a fixed guide frame. The guideway having an end section parallel to the transfer element's effective line. Between an arm and the operating element there is a setting device (21) for adjustment of interval between the transfer element's (20) point of engagement on the arm and the operating element. The end section of the guideway (26) is extended by the length of thrust needed for full arm extension.
