PURPOSE:To make easy the alteration of specifications, by reducing the width of the diode row and making it small in size, through the equal number of wirings tying the specific item of diode row on the surface of the second printed board with the number of the diode row on the first printed board. CONSTITUTION:One end of each element of kxn row arranging m pieces of unidirectional element or resistive element in one row is connected to the connection via the wirings on the board from the selected terminal on the first printed board 1. Every other row, the other end of element is connected with the wiring on the second printed board at l-th sheet for the element of the same corresponded number of each row, and the selection wire of kxm pieces is constituted with k sheets on the printed board of the substrate 5. Thus, on the substrate 5, the selection terminals having the equal number as the number of diodes of the printed board 1 are provided and the alteration of specifications can be made easy with small size. |
