PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism and operation of a cartridge shooting powder gun to increase the number of shooting bullets by providing ringlike tight lock between bottom surface and plug locking front surface with a locking unit as plug locking type. CONSTITUTION:Powder cartridge is inserted into a cartridge chamber 13 to lock a plug 3. Then, an ignitor 12 is opened. A detonator is inserted into a detonator hole 10 to thus close the ignitor 12. Then, a bullet is shot. Flame passes through a gate 11 into a cartiridge chamber 13 to burn the shooting powder. Thus, high pressure gas is generated to thereby shoot the bullet. The high pressure gas is expanded radially at bias-cut ring 4 to thus urge a locking ring 7. The ring 7 does not enter into the corner due to split rings 5, 6 but longitudinally expand along the axis of the gun strongly on the bottom 1-1 of the gun and pressure bearing plate 9 to thereby prevent gas from leaking between the plug 3 and the bottom 1-1. Then, the plug 3 is opened to discharge the cartridge for next shooting preparation. |
