NEW MATERIAL:Title compound of the formula [R1, R2 are H, substituted alkyl, acyl, aminocarbonyl, hydroxycarbonyl, or sulfonyl or incorporate to form hetro ring or dicarboxylic imide; cases that R1 is H and R2 is pyridine carbonyl or pyridylmethyl having unsubstituted nucleus and R1 and R2 are H are excluded]. EXAMPLE:2-[3-(beta-Hydroxy-alpha-methyl-2,5-dimethoxyphenethyl)ureide] ethanol nitrate ester. USE:A remedy for disorders in circulatory organs, especially isthemic cardiopathy, antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic agents. PREPARATION:After the reaction of 2-aminoethanol nitrate and triethylamine, the reaction mixture is cooled and dropped into benzene saturated with phosgen. After the reaction, the excess phosgen is removed and the reaction mixture is reacted with methyoxamine hydrochloride to produce the objective compound of the formula. |
