<p>PURPOSE:To give a suitable sag to a tape and to smooth a next activation by maintaining an oscillating idler at the neutral condition not to interconnect with a reed base and reversing a capstan for a constant time, at the time of shifting to a stop mode. CONSTITUTION:When a stop mode command is given by a play mode, a prescribed time capstan motor 13 is reversely driven, an oscillating idler 110 executes the oscillating operation from a winding reel base 22 side to a supply reel base 21 side and the neutral condition not to interconnect with any reel base for a constant period is maintained. In the condition, by the driving of a capstan 12, a tape is fed out to a head cylinder 11 side and the tape sag of the suitable quantity occurs between the capstan 12 and the head cylinder 11. Thus, by giving the suitable tape sag at the time of the stop mode, the activation of the head cylinder at the time of shifting the play mode is smoothed.</p> |
