NOVEL SUBSTITUTED PHENOXYYALKANOL COMPOUND* ITS MANUFACTURE AND DRUG OF SAID COMPOUND

As new industrial products, the substituted phenoxyalkanols of formula in which: - each of R1 and R2, which are identical or different, denotes H, F, Cl, Br, CF3, a C1-C3 lower alkyl group or a C1-C3 lower alkoxy group; - Z denotes a carbonyl CO, carbinol CHOH or methylene CH2 group; - A denotes a CH2, CH(CH3), C(CH3)2, CH2CH2, CH2CH(CH3), CH(CH3)CH2, or CH2CH(OH) group; - B denotes H or CH3; and - the residue O-A-CHB-OH is always in a meta or para position in relation to the group Z, whereas, on the other hand, the groups R1 and R2 may be in any position in relation to the same group Z. The invention also relates to the process for the preparation of these products and to their application in therapeutics.
