PURPOSE:To make a seat belt difficult to be removed from a passenger's shoulder and enable an ideal seating by fixing a retractor at a body panel, providing a shoulder use tongue plate and a waist use tongue plate for hanging a seat belt. CONSTITUTION:A retractor 5 is fixed at a body side panel 10 and a shoulder use buckle 6 is fixed at the shoulder part 4' of a seat 4. This shoulder use buckle 6 is operable from outside by means of an operating button 6'. A waist use buckle 7 is fixed on the floor and the like by means of an anchor 14 as well as an outside hip anchor plate 11 is fixed at the body side panel 10. A seat belt 1 is provided with a shoulder use tongue plate 2 and a waist use tongue plate 3, and the seat belt 1 is mounted such as to be hung across the shoulder use tongue plate 2 latched on the shoulder user buckle 6, the waist use tongue plate 3 latched on the waist use buckle 7 and the outside hip anchor plate 11. |
