Electric oven switching system - has contacts for fan and heater, separate from contacts for other heating elements

The electric oven has a fan (G) inside the cooking chamber (10) enclosed by its own heater (HH). Outside the chamber is a motor (M) for a rotary spit, and inside the chamber are lower heating elements (UH 1 & 2), and an upper heating element (SH). The switching system includes contacts (7, 8) for the fan and its heater on one switching spindle (Sch. 2), additional to the contacts for the other elements. These elements (SH, UH 1 & 2) are connected to a temp. controller (TR 1) in parallel with a second controller (TR 2) so that when the second controller opens, there is a reduced load on the first controller. The second controller cuts out at a temp. which is about 30 deg.C below the actual temp. of the first controller.
