<p>The grill chamber (7) is provided at the top with heating elements (11) which can be shut off from the food to be cooked (10) by means of a fascia plate (16) which can be inserted so that the heat no longer acts directly on the food, as for grilling, but can be used for all-around heating as for baking. This hot air which is produced by the heating elements above the fascia plate (16) can be diverted into the grilling or baking chamber (7) by suitable means such as a tangential fan (21) and air orifices (20, 22).</p> |
