<p>The grease remover is for taking off excess fat from food such as gravy, sauce, soup and such like. It consists of a flat holder (1) on the underneath side of which is fixed a suction layer (2) made of porous material. The layer (2) is made of foam or lipophilic material. The holder (1) is made of foil (3) which is corrugated (4, 5). At least one side of the corrugated foil (3) is joined to a flat sheet (6), forming enclosed cavities. Both suction layer and holder (1) can be made of thermoplastic material welded together.</p> |
