<p>A process for the production of 1-methyl-5-acroylpyrol-2-acetic acid which has anti-inflammatory action. The process comprises the steps of reacting 5-cyano-1-methylpyrol-2-acetic acid with an allyl Grignard compound and subjecting the result obtained to hydrolysis. The process is an industrially valuable one. </p> |
