PURPOSE:To reduce blooming with the separation of the channel stop diffusion region from the bus drain diffusion. CONSTITUTION:The readout CCD shift register 32 is provided at one side of the photo detection element array electrode 30 via the total transfer electrode 31, and via the first control electrode 34 and the second control electrode 35, the bus drain diffusion region 35 is provided with another side of the photo electric detection element array electrode 30, and further, the channel stop diffusion region 40 is extended from the under part of the CCD shift register 32 to the under part of the second control electrode 35 via the insulation film, and it is located apart from the bus drain diffusion region 33. |
