发明名称 CERAMIC MATERIAL FOR BAKING ELECTRODE OF CERAMIC ELECTRONIC PARTS
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the electrode baking time and to improve the thermal shock and adhesion of glass by using a sintered material which is formed by baking a prescribed amount of antimonium trioxide and ferric oxide-added zinc oxide as a ceramic material for electrode baking. CONSTITUTION:Weighing the materials so that the composition comprises 50 to 99 mol% of ZnO, 0.5 to 50 mol% of Sb2O3, and 0.5 to 50 mol% of Fe2O3, wet- mixing in a ball mill, drying, and forming to particles. Then molding the powder, and baking at 1100 to 1400 deg.C. Putting a silver paint coated ceramic parts on this sintered substrate, and baking the silver paint at 400 to 900 deg.C. Using this sintered substrate as sintered material for silver paint baking, porperties of the silver paint coated ceramic parts are satisfied, thermal shock and adhesion of glass are improved even if the silver paint baking time is shortened.
