PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic adjusting function with excellent, appropriate down shift timing by the change of car speed and/or the opening of a throttle. CONSTITUTION:This oil pressure controller can attain the desired target by setting set pressure in the down shift of an accumulator 33 for a high speed stage to a value that forms sliding to a high clutch 1 and becomes lower the more car speed increases and the more the opening of a throttle reduces. The set oil pressure of said accumulator 33 is decided by oil pressure fed to the back pressure chamber 39 through a throttle element 69 and an oil path 73 from an oil path 68 and the difference of the lands of a piston 37. In an accumulator 34 for a low speed stage, the set oil pressure is similarly decided by the throttle degree of a throttle element 89 and the difference of the lands of a piston 38, and suitable sliding is formed to a low clutch 2. |
