The heat recuperation system using cattle manure etc. with a cylindrical vessel with a heat exchange coil around its upper part as in the main patent, has a worm wheel cutter (18) located above a larger diameter base portion (11) of the vessel. This controls delivery through the gap (2) between the vessel and the side of the treatment chamber. This cutter is rotated and also moved sideways towards the narrower part of the vessel. It tapers to a narrowers diameter in this direction, and is supported at both ends. It is rotated by a rack and pinion drive with an upper and lower toothed rack so that it is notched alternately in opposite directions. |
