<p>Assembled sets of pavings stones are laid by an appliance with a chassis moved along by an operating lever, with wheel axle and with lifting mechanism for a clamp holding the set of stones. There is a second wheel axle, in steerable form, operationally connected to the lever (18). This axle can comprise a nose wheel unit (15) hinged onto the chassis, with the lever hinged to the swivelling axle (17), which may be detachable. There is pref. a hydrostatic drive powered from an i.c. engine or electric motor.</p> |
