摘要 <p>The X-ray tube anode is intended to provide a secure soldering layer between a tungsten and a graphite part, offering a long service life. In the anode the focal point is provided on a metal part consisting, at least mostly of tungsten. The zirconium soldering layer between the tungsten and graphite parts is 20-50 microns thick. This soldering layer is formed by interleaving between the tungsten and graphite part a zirconium foil of suitable thickness, and heating the assembly to 1650-1850 deg. C, while keeping this temperature for 2 to 10 min. Typically all parts are disc-shaped and the resulting product forms a rotary anode disc-shaped and the resulting product forms a rotary anode plate. The tungsten part is typically 0.4-1 mm thick.</p>
