Modified aminoplastics used in wood and laminate coating - is modified with condensate of caprolactam, formaldehyde and formamide

Modified aminoplastics is modified with 0.5-40 pref. 2.5-15 wt.% condensate (I) of epselon-capro-lactam, HCHO and form -amide, pref. in 1:a:b molar ratio (in which a = 1-20, b = 1-19 and a/(b+1)=0.5-1). The aminoplastics is used specifically for the inpregnation of paper and textiles used for the mfr. of coated wood prods, or laminates by preessing wood at 10-100 bar and 120-180 degrees C or phenolic resin-impregnated kraft paper at 50-150 bar and 120-180 degrees C. It has satisfactory storage properties.
