PURPOSE:To cause the uniform and high-efficient passage of heat and protection ambient gas through a calcining furnace by a method wherein an approximately fan-shaped flat plate part having a given central angle around a rotation center and first and second supports which are risen from the flat plate part to a given height are provided, and an ambient gas passage communicatied to a case for calcination located one stage upper than the main surface on the substance to be calcined containing side of the flat plate part of each of cases for calcination positioned in the same level as each other is formed. CONSTITUTION:A flat plate part 12 has two sides 12a and 12b approximately pointing to the rotation center of the rotary surface body of a calcining furnace in a state to be placed on the rotary furnace body. A support side wall part 13 is bent at the one side 12a of the two sides 12a and 12b of the flat plate part 12 toward the main surface side on the substance to be calcined containing side of the flat part 12. Support columns 14, 15, and 16 are projected from the main surface of the flat part 12. The heights of the support columns 14, 15, and 16 from the main surface of the flat plate part 12 are equal to the height, from the main surface of the flat plate part 12, of the support side wall part 13. Cases 11 for calcination are arranged such that the one side 12a on the support side wall 13 side of the case 11 for calcination of other case 11 for calcination is positioned on the support columns 14 and 15, and the other side 12b of the other case 11 for calcination is positioned on the support side wall part 13. |
