<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a man-hour and length of time required for the laying work, by such means that with a cable made aerially laying while being applied a prescribed reverse tension, the messenger cable be stretched and hung between the poles after a completion of the laying work. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of lines of an insulated cable 3 and messenger wire 4 are carried out from a drum 1 respectively, with those of the above made through a reverse tension operational device 5 further through a conductive line unit rolling device 6, and an aerial cable 7 will be assembled. The assembled aerial cable 7 is pulled by a guide wire 10 carried out from a winch 9, being made laying on each of previously built poles 11 through an extension roller 12, and then stretched and hung, with the extension roller 12, mounted to the pole 11, removed. In such constitution of the construction method, a man-hour and length of time, required for the laying work, can be shortened.</p> |
