PURPOSE:To provide a material, with high no-loaded Q and dielectric constant in a range of microwave, and with an excellent temperature stability at resonance frequency, by making the material to be composed of specific proportion from BaO, MgO, ZnO, Ta2O5. CONSTITUTION:The material is made to be shown by a general formula of 3BaO.xMgO.(1-x)ZnO.Ta2O5, where the value of x is within a range of 0.01<= x<=0.99. For instance, raw materials BaCO3, MgO, ZnO, Ta2O5 are blended in accordance with the above described composition and processed a wet blending, after a temporary baking at a temperature of 1,100 deg.C, being processed a wet crushing by a ball mill. After this magma is dried, a forming is processed at a pressure of 700 kg/cm<2>, and a firing is processed in the air at a temperature of 1,400 to 1,550 deg.C with a dielectric porcelain obtained. In such way, the material, with good characteristics in a range of microwave suitable for use of microwave dielectric resonator, simultaneously with a less dielectric loss and less temperature change of dielectric constant also in a range of low frequency, and excellent also for use of porcelain condenser, can be obtained. |
