PURPOSE:To protect a wind mill, by actuating a timer when detecting a fixed wind velocity value, and by stopping the positive revolution of the wind mill for a fixed time. CONSTITUTION:When wind velocity reaches the control wind velocity of a wing angle, voltage exciting a relay 12 is induced at a fan-driven generator 10, and when the relay 12 is excited and a relay contact 13 is closed, a timer 14 works to conduct a motor cylinder 6. When the motor cylinder 6 is excited, a piston 7 moves to a position D' from D, a wing 2 turns to a position E' from a position E by means of a rod 8 and the wing 2 rotates its direction to a condition that it does not form rotary torque. Thus, the positive revolution of the wind mill can be stopped. |
