PURPOSE:To prepare a metal structure firmly lined with a polypropylene sheet, by applying unvulcanized rubber to the metal structure, and bonding a vulcanized rubber-laminated polypropylene sheet thereto interposing a rubber-based adhesive therebetween, followed by vulcanizing. CONSTITUTION:Inner surface of a metal structure such as a metal can 1, is laminated with an unvulcanized rubber sheet 2 using a rubber-based adhesive. A polypropylene sheet 4 laminated with a vulcanized rubber sheet 3 is bonded to the unvulcanized rubber layer facing the rubber-side 3 to the metal structure, with a rubber-based adhesive. The composite thus obtained is vulcanized by, e.g. heating with steam, etc. |
