PURPOSE:To give two directions to transferred charge by giving the same structure as a signal input part to a signal disuse part of a charge transfer-type transversal filter and supplying clock pulses to this signal disuse part. CONSTITUTION:SiO2 insulating film 2 is caused to adhere onto P-type Si substrate 1, and apertures are opened to form N<+>-type regions 3 and 3' in substrate 1 by diffusion. Next, electrodes 4 and 4' of polycrystal Si or Al are fitted to regions 3 and 3', and electrodes 5, 6, 6', 7 to 10, 17 to 20, 27 to 30, 37 and 38 of the same materials are caused to adhere onto film 2 at intervals. In respect to these electrodes, electrode groups (7, 17, 27, 37), (8, 18, 28, 38), (9, 19, 29), and (10, 20, 30) are connected to common wirings 47, 48, 49 and 50 respectively. Meanwhile, differential amplifier 22 is connected to a prescribed electrode and performs signal subtraction. Thus, since signal input parts 3 to 6 and signal output parts 22 to 24 provided with the charge transfer part between 7 and 38 interposed are made symmetrical, these parts have both functions of signal input and disuse. |
