PURPOSE:To blend a processing liquid with replenishing water to obtain an appropriate processing liquid for electric discharge processing, wire cutting, electric discharge electrolytic processing and electrolytic grinding, etc by treating the replenishing water with ion exchanging body to make its specific resistance above 10<5>OMEGA Bcm so that the processing liquid becomes provided with a required electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION:Water works' fresh water is treated using an ion exchanging body to control its chloric ion concentration to below 1 ppm and thus treated fresh water 14 is conducted to a ultrasonic wave band variation blending unit 12 to be blended with a processing liquid from a processing liquid tank 8. Electric conductivity of the processing liquid is detected by an electric conductivity detecting unit 16 provided at the exit of a processing liquid nozzle 7 and a processing liquid pump 13 is controlled by a control 15 so that the processing liquid is maintained and supplied at an optimum condiction. |
