<p>PURPOSE:To surpress a temperature raise of an AC exciter by controlling a field current of the exciter to be less than a limitting point when speed of a generator is small in a two-shaft syncronization controller of a cross-compound generator. CONSTITUTION:A field current limiter 25 is used under a certain rotational speed in a two-shaft syncronization controller for crosscompound motors 11, 18 to compair a reference value for the number of rotation nr0 with output of F-V detector 26 which converts the number of rotation of a generator nr to DC voltage, and a relay RY is turned to ''ON'' when the number of rotation nr is less than the reference value of the number of rotation nr0. If output voltage through an I-V detector 29 from a field current of an AC exciter If is higher than the voltage preset in a field current presetter 28 of AC exciters 12, 19 at that time, the differential signal from them is amplified with a monopolar amplifier 30 to feed an automatic voltage regulator 16 through an antihunting circuit 31 for decrease of the field current If to keep the field current constant.</p> |
