<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the variations of tape running speeds and achieve the stabilization of the speeds by storing the running condition prior to starting of driving of a magmetic tape and controlling the tape speed at the shifting to constant speed running from the time thereof. CONSTITUTION:A capstan motor control part measures the clock signals being inputted from its terminal (a) at a fixed period, measures the respective times of acceleration, constant speed running, deceleration and stopping of tape with a counter 41, is connected with registers 42 thru 45 holding the respective time of acceleration, constant speed running, deceleraton and stopping in said counter 41 and is constituted by a register 46 which holds the tape speed from a capstan motor speed detection part, a circuit 47 which is connected to the respecitive registers 42 thru 45, operates the contents thereof and determines the speed of the time when the magnetic tape shifts from acceleration to constant speed running and a comparator 49 which compares the speed being the output of a detection circuit detecting the tape speed and the current speed of the tape and generates the shift signal from acceleration to constant speed running, whrerby the tape speed at the constant speed running is stabilized.</p> |
