<p>The sowing mechanism brings the seeds from a storage container to a delivery point, and has a movable operating component adjacent to one wall of the container, and at its end part a curved guide for partial accommodation of a seed (24). The guide is fork-shaped, (22) and the delivery point is an aperture in the wall located in the movement path of the operating component. Several operating components are arranged in parallel, and are connected to one another, being moved synchronously with a basic block-shaped unit. The installation lends itself to the handling of very small seeds, such as celery.</p> |
