This device permits the manufacture of extruded and sized tubes at high rate by using materials, such as flexible PVC, which are adhesive at the extrusion temperature. At the exit of the extrusion head (1), a fluid-injection system comprising one or more annular nozzles (16 or 17) forms a film between the sizing sleeve (10) and the tube (2), whilst preventing any splash-back against this same head. One of the nozzles keeps this film in place by virtue of the use of the Venturi effect. The pressures and the flow rates are adjusted as required. <IMAGE> |
