PURPOSE:To obtain greater output at ultra-low frequencies, independently of the accuracy of capacitance value and rsistance value of capacitors and resistors, by charging and discharging the capacitor with a constant current source. CONSTITUTION:The capacitor C and resistors R1, R2 and R3 are connected to the positive and negative terminals 2, 1 of a comparator, and the output terminal 3 is fed back to the positive input terminal 2. The capacitor C is charged and discharged with the constant current source consisting of transistors Q1 to Q8, and since the current source consisting of transistors Q1 to Q8, and since the current for charge and discharge is determined with the constat current source, a given waveform can be obtained independently of the accuracy of capacity of the capacitor C. |
