摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a command value to develop in Fourier component, and Fourier component thereof to make phase correction for every component, enabling the desired present value to obtain in a servo system with their additions. CONSTITUTION:Tool control instructions R, E, L are given to the arithmetic unit 20, a speed instruction thetai being given from the arithmetic unit 20 to theta axis servo system, and theta axis motor 42 to be controlled to agree with a speed instruction theta1. The present angle theta of theta axis produces an output from theta axis servo system 40 to arithmetic unit 20 and adders 21-23. The signals phi1-phi3 is entered into the adder allowing the angle theta and respective Fourier component to make phase correction for every component, the power signal of respective adder is given to the memory unit 25-27. The memory units 24-27 store Fourier component, the power signal corrected with the power of adders 21-23 is given to Y axis servo system 50 through the adders 23, 29 allowing to control the Y axis motor 52.
