The frost-proof water distribution system is for use in mobile homes etc. It incorporates the hot and cold water pipes (7, 9) within a hot air central heating duct (3). The water tank (5) and the pump (6) are located in a separate area of the mobile home. The area is heated by hot air which issues from an opening (4) in the hot-air duct (3). The system may be deployed to prevent freezing of the water in the pipes, or to thaw the pipes once frozen.
