<p>The grinder top for receptacles containing spice grains which are used in their milled, powdered form, such as pepper, is esp. for receptacles with a closed bottom and open at the top. The grinder lid is in the form of a stopper (1) which is inserted into the neck of the receptacle and has a conical hole through it. A correspondingly shaped grinding-cone (3) is pivot mounted in the hole. The stopper is joined to a cover (6) over the opening in the receptacle, which has outlet holes in (9) for the ground spice. Stop-pieces (101) protruding from the top of the stopper prevent the stopper from being pushed inside the receptacle, and work in conjunction with recesses (2) in the rim of the receptacle. Both stopper and grinding-cone are made of plastic.</p> |
