The wall covering made in a thing form, has no insulation behind it. Its structure incorporates non-flammable or almost non-flammable foil sheets, so as to reduce overall thickness. It can include a reflecting foil (1) as basic essential constituent, radiating generated heat back into the room. It can also have thin-surface heating bodies, (3) of foil or other material, also serving as intermediate layer between reflector foil and surface. The surface may be textile-covered (5), while the heating layer is serpentine or network shaped. It can be nailed, and is thin enough for rolling up.
