Arranged on a crossmember (1) is a dobby (2), the movements of which are transmitted to a heald frame (3) via a heald-frame mechanism. Two deflecting levers (5, 6) are arranged on the cross-member (1). The dobby (2) is connected via a driving rod (4) to the first deflecting lever (5) by means of a pivoting lever (10) and a connecting rod (12). This measure makes it possible substantially to increase the rotary angle of the two deflecting levers (5, 6) and therefore the heald-frame stroke.
