An ionization type fire detector, easily cleaned and shock-resistant, was composed of a socket part (1), an ionization chamber (2) having an ion-generator (9) and two elect. poles (8) (11). ! Ionization chamber(2) had a cylindrical housing (4) and a cap (5) having a projecting part (12) which allowed the buffing air to flow constantly to the inner part through gap (13) and an elect. pole (11) in the form of a wire cage allowing to the air pass and protecting access to the elec. pole(8).
