PURPOSE: To perform a sure and effective seal attachment with a film material, dispensing with an adhesive or a sealing material, by using an inner supporting ring as one component for perforating operation, and thereafter, by using an outer locking ring so as to form a water-tight sealing with a film material. CONSTITUTION: An inner supporting ring 11, an outer locking ring 12 and a perforating member 14 are made from a comparatively strong polymeric material, while the inner supporting ring 11 has a slightly tapered side wall 15, both ends of which are opened, and an annular flange 16 projecting outward is provided at the base end. The outer face 16a of the flange 16 is rounded and includes an annular groove 16b. At the upper narrowed end, an upper end part 15a having a face inclined downward and outward forms the inner supporting ring 11. The perforating member 14 has a body 17 and a flange part 18. The body 17 is of about the same length as the axial length of the inner supporting 11 and has a cylindrical part 17a with about the same inner diameter as the smaller inner diameter of the inner supporting ring 11. |
