PURPOSE:To prevent resin from adhering to the mounting part of each reinforcing member by a method wherein resin stock liquid is poured in a mold cavity on the base part side of the reinforcing member under the condition that each sealing member, which seals the mounting part side of the reinforcing member from its base part side, is pushed against the reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION:When a top force 14 closes forces, the mounting part 5 of each bracket 9 is pushed against a skin 7. And, since the rear of the skin 7 or the surface, with which the mounting part 5 of the bracket 9 comes into contact, is made of a rear layer 7b having cushioning property, the sheet thickness of the bracket 9 is absorbed through the elastic deformation of the rear layer 7b. At this time, a sealing rubber 16, which is attached to the top force 14, is also deformed elastically. As a result, the mounting part 5 side of the bracket 9 is completely sealed by the projection 15, which is pushed against the top surface of the bracket 9, of the top force 14, the sealing rubber 16 and the skin 7, with which the under surface of the bracket comes into close contact, from a mold cavity 17, which is formed on the base part 10 side of the bracket 9. Next, foaming resin stock liquid is poured in the mold cavity 17 and expanded and solidified. |
