In a monolithic digital semiconductor circuit module incorporating a plurality of digital stages, the structures of bipolar current supply transistors correspond to those of the transistors of the logic stages to which they supply current, each transistor possessing two p-n junctions, one of which externally surrounds the other. In the logic transistors the outer p-n junction is connected to act as a collector junction, and the inner p-n junction as an emitter junction, whereas in the current supply transistors the outer, p-n junction is connected to serve as an emitter junction and the inner p-n junction as a collector junction, reducing the capacitive load of each current supply transistor. |
