PURPOSE:To make an effective pitch of each pole be odd number tiems of one magnetic pole pitch of a permanent magnet to decrease torque ripples by providing salient pole blocks so as adjacent winding salient poles to be reverse phased in a relative positional relation with permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION:Facing against to a magnetized surface of a permanent manget 1 multi-poles magnetized at almost equal pitch, an armature iron core 12 having winding salient poles 13a1-13c5 of almost equal pitch as one magnetic pole pitch of a magnet 1 and auxiliary salient poles 15a-15c is provided, among a permanent magnet 1 and an armature iron core 12 either one is made rotation free for the other one and an armature iron core 12 is constituted to have salient pole blocks of plural numbers consisting of winding salient poles of plural number items so as adjacent winding salient poles 13a1-13c5 to be almost reverse phased in a relative positional relation with magnetic poles of a permanent magnet 1, an effective pitch of each winding salient pole is made almost equal to odd number times of one magnetic pole pitch of the permanent magnet and a torque ripple is reduced.
