PURPOSE:To realize a copying machine simple in structure being controlled accurately, by performing sequence control of copying process through a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:When the power source is turned on, the data from a toner volume detector 71, a toner concentratin detector 80, etc. are applied to a microcomputer 81 through an interface circuit 86, and presence or absence of the toner is displayed in display parts 17, 18 through input and output devices according to specified programs, corresponding to writing and reading of RAM 84 through CPU 82 and reading of ROM 83. Similarly, presence or absence of abnormality in the copying machine and copying paper is displayed in display parts 14 to 16, and at the same time, the number of copying paper sheets set in a keyboard 8 and other data are displayed in a number display unit 12. Next, when a copy switch 7 is turned on, the sequence is controlled on the basis of the judgement of status signals from each processing part of the copying machine through the computer 81 and interface 90. Thus, specified copying may be performed accurately. |
