<p>PURPOSE:The highly reliable titled controller in which the upstream stand is made the object for detecting the control signal and of the control while the transitional rolling period in the final stand, and the final stand is made the object for detecting the control signal and the final or its upstream stand is made the object of control while the steady rolling period. CONSTITUTION:In the case of interstand tension control between the (i)th stand, that is the (final - 1)th stand, and the final stand, that is the (i + 1)th stand, the detection of control signal and the control are carried out on the (final - 1)th stand while the transitional rolling period which is a specified period after the rolled material is fed into the final stand, that is the (i + 1)th stand; and then, after a specified period, when the rolling is steady condition, the detection of the control signal is carried out on the final stand, that is the (i + 1)th stand, and the control is carried out on the (final - 1)th stand or the final stand, that is the (i + 1)th stand; hereby, the rolling condition for the rooled material is more stabilized and the proper control can be carried out.</p> |
