PURPOSE:To realize a converter circuit of an input/output characteristic which approximates the non-linear characteristic changing throughout a wide range, by using two bent-line characteristic circuits, where the number of divisions is comparatively small, and a pulse width modulator circuit. CONSTITUTION:The first ouput current obtained by applying the input voltage to the first voltage current circuit FG1 of the first bent-line characteristic is applied to pulse width modulator circuit PWM, and the inpout voltage is applied to the second voltage current circuit FG2 of the second bent-line characteristic. Then, the variable current obtained by adding the second output current converted by circuit FG2 to a fixed current is used as a reference current to obtain output signals, which correspond to the ratio of the first output current ot the variable referece current, as the output of circuit PWM. As a result, the converter circuit of the input/output characteristic which approximates the non-linear characteristic changing througout a wide range can be realized. |
