This device comprises a socket (4) comprising means (3) for anchoring it to the cap (2) of a pivot (1). This socket (4) has a lateral wall (6) pierced with two aligned holes (8) and two slots (7) which are diametrically opposite orthogonally to the alignment of the holes (8). A nut (9) intended to engage in the socket (4) comprises on the one hand a conduit (10) intended to be aligned with the holes (8), and on the other hand fins (12) intended to be inserted into the slots (7). A cover (13) provided with two diametrically opposite slots (15) is intended to cover the socket (4).
