PURPOSE:To make it possible to entirely stop feeding of an electrode and a table, when processing interval is in an abnormal condition, by combining NC device's program signal with processing interval condition detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:A detection resistance 16 detects variation of voltage of processing interval, and a judging circuit 18 checks thus detected voltage variation against the set value to determine whether processing is carried out in normal condition or an abnormal condition, such as arc or shortcircuit, etc, is occurring in processing interval. And by combining this detecting signal with a program signal of an NC control device 13, driving of a switching motor 15, switching control of a switch 14, feeding of a table 4 in X and Y directions, feeding of motors 8 and 9 or an electrode 3 in Z direction and driving control of a motor 7 are all conducted. In this manner, driving to motors 7, 8 and 9 is stopped to discontinue electrode processing. |
