Pipe union assembly tool - has bars with tools moved coaxially via pivot and holder pins by handles

The tool assembles pipe unions with coaxial components, which are secured together by pulling together in the axial direction. Two opposite bars (2) in a common plane, each have a bearing bore near one end, the bores being parallel to each other. A pair of handles each have flat plates extending over opposite sides of the bars and with first bores opposite those in the bars, and second on es (8) on a common axis and equidistant from the first ones. Third openings (22) are also provided, diametrally opposite the first ones (19). Pivot pins fit in the first and second openings, those in the first ones also fitting in the bars, and there are holder pins in the third openings, against which the extended portions (12a) of the bars act. Angular movement of the handles causes coaxial movement of the tool bars.
