PURPOSE:To reduce the load of the operator as well as to ensure the highly efficient issue of the slip by providing previously the print information designation code at the fixed position on the slip paper to be supplied to the slip issuing device, reading out the code when the slip is issued and then setting the print position based on the code reading position. CONSTITUTION:Print information designation code 2 is set previously at the prescribed position on slip paper 1 which is supplied to the slip issuing device to which the following units are provided: paper carrier mechanism 11; code detection reading part 12; paper carrier control part 15; printing part 14; time couting circuit 16; and fault detecting part 17. Then designation code 2 on paper 1 is detected thrugh part 12 to deliver code detection signal SP and reading information CD. Information CD is stored in buffer memory part 13, and signal SP is transmitted to control part 15 and detection part 17. Control part 15, when receiving signal SP, performs the setting and control for the printing position based on the paper carrying position as well as on code information CD stored at part 13. And the the printing is carried out through part 14 when paper 1 reaches the fixed position. |
