<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of manufacture processes with no dispersion in cold resistance of a heater, by forming a heater main body and its support body through the 1st coiling. CONSTITUTION:One filament is wound continuously around the coil to form heater 7 and support bodies 8 and 9; support bodies are wound thick in terms of coil pitch and main body 7 is wound more roughly than support bodies 8 and 9 in a double helical shape. Further, although support bodies 8 and 9 are provided with core metals of molybdenum, main body 7 needs nothing. Then, the entire main body 7 and some parts of support bodies 8 and 9 are coated with alumina 11.</p> |
