PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle capable of giving a three-dimensional visual impression to an image displayed under use of a display panel.SOLUTION: A display device for a vehicle includes: a display panel having a display surface on which an image is displayed; and a ring body overlapped in the display surface. In the display panel, an index image representing a running state of the vehicle is displayed on the display surface. The ring body includes a light-transmitting ring for forming a transparent zone overlapped on the index image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
